You may find a direct bus all the way from Nevşehir (Cappadocia) to Denizli (Pamukkale) or vice-versa, but it’s also possible you’ll have to change busses in Konya. This is not a big problem, but it adds some travel time to your trip. If you plan to spend a night in Konya or Pamukkale along the way, you can use direct buses for both segments of your journey (that is, directly from Pamukkale to Konya and Konya to Cappadocia).
